Suzanne Foley - President
It was the delight and inspiration in raising her own children that motivated Suzanne to start A Place to Grow Childcare in 1979 in her two-family home in Belmont. Today, A Place to Grow is a small network of 6 childcare centers providing excellence in early childhood education. Suzanne has a Master's Degree from Lesley College in Education and teaches at Simmons College.

Heather Sullivan - Educational Director
Heather is the Educational Director of A Place to Grow. She has contributed greatly to the success of our centers over the last 20 years. She brings extensive experience, a strong commitment to children, and a passion for learning.

Jon Sirotof - Business Manager
Jon is the business and facilities manager for A Place to Grow. He has extensive experience in multiple-site management. He joined the company full time in 1994 and is responsible for maintaining high standards in the facilities management of our centers.

Debbie Porthouse - Human Resources Manager
Debbie is the Human Resources Manager for A Place to Grow. Under her direction, we are continually improving the benefits and resources we offer to our employees.
